Lying in a quiet district, the Hotel Duquesne Eiffel is a quality stopover for your business or tourism trips. It is next to the metro stations of Ecole Militaire and Invalides, which will allow you to reach many tourist sites in Paris: Orsay Museum, Champs-Élysées, the Louvre, Pigalle, theatres, museums, historic monuments... and much more.
The surrounding district is close to the main sites of Paris: the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides, which you will have the pleasure of seeing from some of the hotel’s windows, as well as the Rodin Museum, Rue de Varennes, and slightly further away, the famous Place de la Concorde, which, via the Tuileries Gardens, lead directly to the Louvre!
The Eiffel Tower, lying on the Champ-de-Mars, a vast public park, has become the symbol of Paris and is also one of the city’s most visited sites. Built in 1889 by Gustave Eiffel for the Universal Exhibition, of which it was the star, from the banks of the Seine, it watches over Paris from the top of its 350 metres.
The Place du Trocadéro is a viewpoint which overlooks the Champ de Mars. In the neighbourhood, after visiting the large terraced gardens, visit Chaillot Palace and its theatre, the Guimet Oriental museum, the Marine museum and the Museum of Mankind. |
